Who you are buying from
GEOSearch is a trading name of Resonance Global Ltd, Companies House 07661816. These terms are for business buyers. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
What Get ranked includes
Your first month, Get ranked, costs $495 or £395, excluding VAT. It covers a GEO Consultant assigned to your order, one topic, up to 50 prompts, one locale, one baseline run, one page and one results run. A second topic is another order. An extra page on the same topic costs $295 or £235, excluding VAT.
What you do
You approve the prompts, supply any facts we ask for, and publish the page on your own site. We do not publish to your site. You are responsible for the accuracy of facts you supply and for any regulatory sign-off the page needs.
How the two weeks work
The results run happens 14 days after the page goes live. The clock does not start until the page is live, and we send one reminder if it has not gone live. Assistants read Google at different speeds, so some may not have moved by the results run, and the report will say so.
The results clause
If the two-week run shows no rise beyond the baseline's interval, we revise the page and run it again at no charge. We do not guarantee a rank, a citation or a mention, because no one controls what an assistant says. This clause is your remedy for a flat result.
Refunds
You can cancel for a full refund until we run the baseline. After that, the results clause applies. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Keep ranking
GEOSearch is a subscription. After the first month it continues as Keep ranking at $195 or £155 a month, excluding VAT, billed automatically on the same date each month. You can cancel at any time by email, and there is no commitment after the $495 or £395 upfront cost. It stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
Who owns what
Once you have paid, the page copy we write for you is yours. We may publish aggregate figures from runs. We name you as a client or publish your results only with your written permission.
Our liability
Our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
