Who controls your data

Resonance Global Ltd, trading as GEOSearch, is the data controller. Write to [email protected] about anything here.

What we collect, and why

• When you order: your email, your website, your topic and your answer to which assistant sent you. We need these to deliver the order, and the legal basis is our contract with you.
• When you pay: Stripe handles your card. We never see the number, and we keep only the payment reference.
• When you browse: Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag record visits, on our legitimate interest in knowing what works. We also record which AI assistant referred you, where the browser tells us.
• When you contact us: your name, email, company, website and message go to HubSpot, our CRM, so we can reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you.
• When you use the free check: the brand you search for, used to run the search. If you ask us to email a report, we use your address to send it.

Who else processes it

Stripe for payments, HubSpot for contact requests, MailerSend for email, OpenAI for drafting prompts from your topic, Render for hosting and Cloudflare for delivery. The prompts you approve are sent to the AI assistants we measure.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
